Work With Us
We are a senior-led group practice in SW Calgary working across anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and psychoeducational assessment with children, adolescents, and adults. Our referral network includes Calgary physicians who refer their own families to us. We hold a contract with the Alberta Medical Association Physician and Family Support Programme. That kind of institutional trust is built over years of consistent, careful clinical work. It shapes the standard we hold ourselves to and the kind of colleagues we look for.
The clinical culture here is genuinely collaborative. Clinicians meet for rounds every two weeks, consult internally before referring out, and match clients deliberately by fit, presenting concern, and who is genuinely best suited. We hold scope carefully. If something falls outside our lane, we say so.This is not a suite of solo practitioners sharing a mailing address. It is private practice with a real professional community around you.
You are an experienced clinician who values autonomy and accountability in equal measure. You have clinical depth, strong ethical judgment, and you want to focus on meaningful work inside a practice that takes it as seriously as you do.
You may be coming from the public system and ready for the flexibility and focus that private practice offers. Or you may already be in private practice and looking for a more connected professional home. Either way, what matters most to you is the quality of the work and the people you do it alongside.
